She has a vagina and a clitoris. I do believe that is how being female is most often defined. Not having a uterus does not change her status because guess what, loads of women have hysterectomies. And then there is the comment that she naturally produces more testosterone than other women. Does that mean we should check all men and if they naturally do not produce as much testosterone as statisticians would like, they are no longer to be considered male? I think not.
